Frequently Asked Questions

Breeches are a type of trousers worn by equestrians. They are designed to provide a comfortable and functional fit for horseback riding. They are usually made of stretchy and durable materials such as cotton, spandex, or a blend of both.

If you are planning to go horse riding, it is very important to make sure you are wearing the appropriate clothing to ensure you are comfortable and safe. Here are some general guidelines for what to wear:

  1. A helmet to protect your head in case of a fall or accident.
  2. Riding boots for grip, preventing your foot from slipping through the stirrup.
  3. Breeches are ideal for horse riding to keep you comfortable.
  4. Gloves for extra grip and protection for your hands.

It is generally recommended that you should replace your riding helmet every 5 years or after a significant impact or fall. Over time, the materials and structure of your helmet may start to deteriorate which can compromise its ability to successfully and effectively protect your head.
